With over 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience, I specialize in building strong people operations and high‑performance cultures across the food, retail, service, and nonprofit sectors. My background includes developing recruiting and onboarding systems at Bally Total Fitness, establishing the HR function for Cox & Kings Global Services across six U.S. states, strengthening HR operations and culture at Cater to You Food Service, and leading HR growth for Läderach as it expanded into the U.S. market.
In addition to corporate work, I have served as an advisor to a nonprofit focused on food equity, supporting strategic people‑related initiatives that advance community impact. I also improved HR operations for Harlem United AIDS Foundation by updating and modernizing their HRIS systems, enhancing data accuracy, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
